A highly successful Architectural practice requires an Architect with outstanding design and master-planning ability to join their team in Kent.

This company have forged an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative and imaginative high-end projects from inception through to completion within a variety of sectors.

Despite the challenges that this last year has brought upon us all, this robust practice has been well placed to navigate through the uncertainty and their determination has seen them continue to successfully deliver design solutions to a whole host of clients. After securing numerous new and exciting project instructions, their pipeline is loaded and puts the business in a great position to grow.

As such, an Architect is required to become an important part of the company's future.

Current projects include multi-unit Residential schemes for developers, Commercial offices, Education facilities, Industrial and Retail schemes as well as notable Healthcare projects.

The ideal Architect will excel in design and master-planning as this will form a central focus of the role and so demonstrable experience of operating within this capacity is essential. Both AutoCAD and Revit are utilised at the practice and so proficiency with these software packages and familiarity with BIM would be highly desirable.

Architect Requirements

RIBA / ARB registered Architect
Excellent Design & Master-Planning ability
Demonstrable UK Architectural industry experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
Good communication skills are essential. Both Written and verbal.
Full UK Driving License - ideal
