QHSE Advisor, Lymington, £34,000

Are you a detail-driven QHSE professional with a background in manufacturing? Do you take pride in promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement?

Rubicon’s client is a well-established manufacturing company based near Lymington. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products, they are committed to maintaining the highest standards in health, safety, environmental, and quality practices across their operations.

The QHSE Advisor will play a key role in supporting and maintaining QHSE systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and driving best practices across the site.

As the QHSE Advisor, you’ll benefit from an early finish every Friday, flexible start and finish times, and the opportunity to work in a supportive team culture with ongoing development opportunities.

As QHSE Advisor, you will:

Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments across the site
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
Support teams with QHSE training and awareness initiatives
Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics
Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventative actions
Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement
As QHSE Advisor, you will have:

Experience in a QHSE role within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of ISO standards and HSE legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
