An ambitious and high-performing secondary school in Buckingham is looking
to appoint a Second in Charge of Maths. This is an ideal role for a Maths
teacher seeking leadership responsibilities and progression in a supportive
setting.
School Information
The school has a reputation for academic success and continuous staff
development. The Maths department is collaborative and well-resourced. This role
includes leading KS3 or KS4 strategy and supporting staff development.
Experience and Qualifications
• Degree in Mathematics

• QTS/QTLS
• Experience teaching across KS3–KS5
• Proven ability to support curriculum planning and mentoring
Salary
Paid to scale (MPS/UPS) + TLR
