What's involved?

You will ideally come from a Wedding venue or Banqueting Head Chef role however our client will consider people from high quality Restaurant or Hotel backgrounds too. You will need to be able to lead and motivate a small team, and happy to develop the existing menus and push the standard of food at all times.
