Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working with a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school located between Chichester and the Hampshire border. This coeducational school is known for its inclusive ethos, strong community values, and commitment to academic excellence. With a focus on STEM and a proud tradition of language specialism, the school offers a rich and supportive environment for both students and staff.

The school is currently seeking a Science Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025. This role involves teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students and is initially offered as a short-term post until October 2025, with the potential to become a longer-term opportunity.

With small year groups of around 180 students, the school provides a nurturing setting where teachers can make a real impact. During the most recent Ofsted inspection, inspectors noted that staff and pupils are very positive about the school and how it is led. Pupils feel safe, enjoy their learning, and said that teachers helped them to do their best.

The school is easily accessible by car or public transport, located just a 5-minute walk from Southbourne train station, making it ideal for commuters from across West Sussex and Hampshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Science educator to make a real impact in a supportive and forward-thinking school community.
