Job Title: Fully Qualified Electrician

📍 Location: Newton Abbot, Devon

Rate: £25.00 per hour
🕒 Duration: 6 – 7 months

About the Role:

Contek Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Fully Qualified Electrician with PASMA certification to work on a refurbishment project in Newton Abbot. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-profile commercial upgrade, working within a skilled team of trades.

Key Responsibilities:

* First and second fix installations.

* Installation of containment, lighting, power systems, and distribution.

* Use of PASMA towers and safe work at height practices.

* Working from site drawings and ensuring compliance with BS7671.

* Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades.

* Maintaining high levels of site safety and cleanliness.

Requirements:

✅ NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
✅ Gold ECS/JIB Card
✅ Valid PASMA Certificate
✅ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
✅ Experience in commercial or refurbishment environments
✅ Ability to read and work from electrical drawings
✅ Full PPE & own tools
