Part time - Freelance Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Civils / Concrete Background

We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in civil engineering or concrete works to support our growing operations across the Midlands.

About the Role:

This is a freelance, long-term opportunity offering flexibility and autonomy. Ideal for a self-motivated professional who is looking to manage their own time while making a real impact in a reputable and forward-thinking contractor.

What We’re Offering:

* Freelance, long-term position

* Part-time or flexible hours considered

* Remote working with:

* One site visit per fortnight

* One office day per fortnight

* Projects across the Midlands, primarily focused on civil engineering, groundworks, and concrete packages

What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying

* Strong background in civils, groundworks, or concrete

* Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload

* Proficiency with relevant QS software and strong commercial acumen

* Ability to work collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors, and clients
