Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Transformation Coach to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position until 31st March 2026.

Umbrella Pay Rate: £34.42 per hour.

We are currently on an Engineering Technology Transformation within our Organisation. We are looking for somebody to join us in support of delivering one of our major objectives in ensuring the delivery of our Enterprise Feature & Technology Cycle plan for future customer requirements.

This will include, but not be limited to:

Running the cadence of alignment of Demand Process/Enterprise Roadmap/Technology Delivery Framework.
90 day lookahead of all Projects fed into weekly milestone reviews including onboarding of projects and people.
Working with the teams to best refine the process and gateways as we continue to Transform.
Delivery of a Feature and Technology Roadmap to enable the Tech Leads to present their tech ambition status.
Alignment of content between Product Strategy and Tech Platforms through the Technical Ambition Leads.
Supporting other Transformation activity that may come about.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

To implement effective engineering transformation in response to business requirements.
Engage in the launch and governance of the demand process to ensure x-engineering alignment on project delivery.
Manage the delivery of our Pre-Dev workstreams through TDF and relevant study governance. 
Create transparency of the Feature and Technology workstreams through the roadmap.
Identify and manage anticipated resistance and maximise engagement of key Stakeholders using change management techniques and tools. 
Gain commitment and involvement of senior and line management and those affected by the change using influence and interactions to advocate change consistently in the wider business.
Mapping activity and identifying gaps between current and future state business processes.
Undertake any other work as directed by their Line Manager in connection with their job as may be requested.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:

Experience of successfully delivering a major Programme or Project.
Exceptional relationship management skills, influencing and Stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal. 
Operational experience of using Product Engineering, approaches, tools and techniques.  
A solid understanding and experience of managing people effectively through change and the change process.
Experience of process mapping / process improvement.  
Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges. 
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:

Experience with large-scale organisational transformational change.
Knowledge and experience of successfully developing KPIs. 
Credible within the programme environment and ability to influence others.
