£40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Early Finish On A Friday + Free On Site Parking + Company Events

Are you a production supervisor, with experience in a joinery background, looking to join a fast growing company that offers an early finish on a Friday?

Are you looking for a role that gives you the chance to lead a team and be expected to mentor others in the team around you, in a position that offers progression?

This company was established last year through a strong partnership of businesses looking to break into a new market. The company are a leading manufacturer of doors and supply into both the commercial and industrial sectors. They distribute their products across the UK and are looking to grow their market share.

In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to lead a team of eight in spearheading the production side of the business. You will need to work to optimise the manufacturing processes, keeping it as lean as possible, while delivering products to the highest standards.

The Role:

7 - 4 Monday - Thursday 7 -1 Friday
Lead a team of eight, spearheading the production side of the business
Work to optimise the manufacturing process, keeping it as lean as possible
Ensure clients products are completed on time, maintaining the standards of the company
Mentor and train others in the team around you
Produce schedules for all products to ensure all departments are completing products at the correct paceThe Person:
