The Role

Experienced Contracts Manager to join the senior leadership team. Working closely with the Construction and Commercial Directors, you’ll oversee a variety of exciting projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver projects within budget, on time, and to the highest standards

*

Develop and maintain construction programs and short-term schedules

*

Build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners

*

Lead contract reviews and supply chain meetings

*

Maintain excellent site presentation and safety standards

*

Support procurement with aligned schedules

*

Lead project reporting and internal reviews

*

Identify opportunities for value engineering and efficiency

*

Oversee snagging and defect resolution, aiming for zero defects at PC

Skills & Experience:

*

Proven leadership at senior management level

*

Strong focus on health & safety and SHE compliance

*

Commercially savvy and client-focused

*

Experience with planning, budgets, and performance delivery

*

IOSH Managing Safely certified

*

Full UK driving licence
