As a Housing Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing complex cases.

What will you be doing as a Housing Officer?

Engaging with residents and providing them with assistance and guidance on housing matters.
Managing a caseload of vulnerable people, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
Supporting residents with tenancy changes, including transfers and terminations.
Collaborating with external agencies, such as local authorities and support services, to provide holistic support to our residents.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Demonstrating excellent communication skills to engage and empathise with stakeholders at all levels.What are we looking for?

Previous customer service experience, preferably within a housing context.
The ability to manage complex cases and work with vulnerable individuals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Resilience and the ability to adapt to change positively.
A flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel when needed.
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.What can you expect from us?
