£32,000 - £38,000 + Unlimited Paid Overtime + Full Technical Training + 3.5 Day Working Week + 33 Holiday Days + Progression

Are you a CNC Setter, Operator or Programmer with Fanuc experience, that is looking to step into a highly autonomous role that offers full technical training into programming, all whilst working 3.5 days a week on day shifts to ensure you can maintain a fantastic work-life balance?

On offer is a varied role, where you will be working in a close-knit team, surrounded by a long lasting workforce, on top of having unlimited optional paid overtime so you can further increase your earnings.

This company are an industry leading bespoke manufacturer of pressure and flow control products, they have been around for over 50 years and have built up a long-lasting work-force. On offer is a secure, long-term role that offers industry leading training into programming and training to further develop your programming skills, with the scope of you to become a go-to technical expert in your field, alongside having a clear scope of progression to senior level roles or roles off the tools.
