Senior React Developer

Senior React Developer – €60,000 (Negotiable) – Hybrid / Dublin

I'm working exclusively with a long-term client who’ve continued to grow steadily over the last few years. Off the back of new business wins and acquisitions, they’re now looking to add a Senior React Developer to their Dublin team.

We’ve helped build their entire engineering team from the ground up, and it's been great to see what they’ve achieved. They’re working on a modern SaaS product with plenty of momentum behind it. This is a hybrid role (2–3 days a week in the Dublin office) with a lot of flexibility and autonomy.

About the role:

You’ll play a key part in building out their React-based platform, working closely with design, product, and backend teams. The focus is on creating clean, scalable UI with a strong emphasis on user experience. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of room to influence decisions, and ideal for someone who enjoys both building and collaborating.

What you’ll be doing:

* Leading the development of new UI components and features in React

* Working with Figma prototypes and translating them into production-ready code

* Owning features from idea to delivery

* Maintaining best practices around code structure, performance, and accessibility

* Collaborating across teams and mentoring more junior developers where needed

* Helping evolve their internal design system and frontend architecture

What we’re looking for:

* Years’ experience in frontend development, with strong React skills

* Confident with hooks, state management, and building responsive interfaces

* Solid CSS and styling experience, with attention to UI/UX detail

* Comfortable working with REST APIs and async data

* Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library

* A strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team
