A newly created opportunity working for a multidiscplined growing UK engineering services business who work with a diverse range of customers across food & drink, utilities, nuclear, aerospace & defence and many other areas of manufacturing and infrastructure. This SHEQ Manager vacancy be focused on integrating newly acquired businesses into the group.

The SHEQ Manager will be responsible for:

Aligning Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards and policies across merged entities, ensuring compliance and minimising operational risks.
Performing SHEQ due diligence assessments to identify gaps or risks in compliance, safety, and environmental performance.
Creating and implement SHEQ integration plans, including training programs, audits, and process harmonisation.
Establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor SHEQ performance and integration progress.

The SHEQ Manager will have:

NEBOSH General Certificate essential. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent desirable.
Strong understanding of SHEQ regulatory frameworks and industry standards; experience in M&A integration or change management is advantageous.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and assessments.
