Position: Children’s Support Worker
Location: Across Weymouth
Hours: Full-Time/Part-Time/Shifts Available

In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with children and young people who may have:
✅ Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
✅ Mental health needs
✅ Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
✅ Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Your role will include:

Providing 1:1 or group support tailored to individual care plans

*

Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

*

Promoting independence, emotional well-being, and social development

*

Supporting with daily routines, personal care, and structured activities

*

Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other agencies

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has experience or a strong interest in working with children with complex needs
✔️ Is calm, patient, and resilient in challenging situations
✔️ Understands the importance of safeguarding and child protection
✔️ Is a great communicator and a team player
✔️ Holds a relevant qualification (or is willing to work towards one)
