As Quality Assurance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring processes, products, and documentation meet ISO 9001:2015 standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a growing organisation where quality is truly valued.

The role offers a salary of £35,000–£40,000 per annum, is fully office-based in Bourne End, and includes ongoing training with a clear pathway to progression into a future management role. You will be based in a supportive team environment with access to learning, development, and a range of employee support services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and support the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015

* Oversee and update documentation including SOPs, forms, manuals, and work instructions

* Manage document control processes including version tracking and archiving

* Handle customer and supplier complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions

* Collaborate with suppliers to maintain product quality and compliance

* Prepare and coordinate external audits with customers, suppliers, and BSI

* Schedule and conduct internal audits across the business

* Support compliance by researching and reporting on regulatory updates

* Review and manage confidential documents including NDAs and T&Cs

* Complete customer surveys and quality-related questionnaires

Experience Required:

* Prior experience in a quality or compliance role (ideally within a regulated or ISO-accredited environment)

* Solid understanding of QMS and ISO 9001:2015 standards

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Able to work independently and collaboratively
