Job Title: Telesales Team Manager
Location: Midlothian
Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: £35,000- £40,000 per annum plus commission

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Team Manager to join our vibrant team in Midlothian. In this role, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, driving success and fostering a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and Inspire: Manage and lead our telesales team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
* Coach and Develop: Provide ongoing coaching and training to help your team grow and succeed.
* Performance Excellence: Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering constructive feedback and support.
* Strategic Growth: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth.
* Compliance and Standards: Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
