Location: Redcar | Daily Rate: £140 - £160
Key Stage 1 & 2 | Full-Time

Even if you're just starting out, we value the practical experience and core qualities you've developed during your training:

Essential Experience:

Classroom Teaching: You've taught in at least one KS1 or KS2 setting as part of your teacher training (e.g., Year 3-6)
Curriculum Delivery: Confidence in teaching core subjects (English, Maths, Science) and delivering a broad, balanced curriculum
Planning & Assessment: Ability to plan engaging lessons and assess pupil progress using formative and summative methods
Behaviour Management: Familiarity with positive behaviour strategies that promote a calm and purposeful learning environment
Safeguarding Awareness: Understanding of child protection responsibilities and inclusive safeguarding practicesDesirable Qualities:

Passion for nurturing confident, curious, and independent learners
Resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic
Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Willingness to contribute to wider school life, including clubs, events, and collaborative planning
