Cover Teacher - Flexible Supply Teacher required for Secondary School in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.

Tradewind are supporting a community-focused Secondary School in Amersham that seeks a professional with a great passion for teaching and learning, an educator who has a strong understanding of positive behaviour management and the structure of the classroom.

Role: Cover Teacher

Graduate with a relevant degree to teaching?
Qualified Teacher seeking a new opportunity?
Professional with child-based work experience?
Instructor or Tutor, with experience leading classes?
Passionate individual who strives for pupil progress and development?

Responsibilities include...

Providing full classroom cover for Y7-11 classes in core and foundation subjects.
Promoting positive behaviours, with behaviour management in-line with the school behaviour policy.
Ensure a safe, structured and engaging environment for learning.
Understanding the school safeguarding policy and implementing where/when required.
Positive role model for young people.
Supporting the school day in an adaptive manner.
