A well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central London is seeking a CDM consultant with at least two years of experience. Principal Design is an important role in the current climate of Building Safety and if you have a design background, you progress exceptionally well.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team working across a range of public and private sector projects, offering tailored training and development opportunities.

The CDM consultant's role

The successful candidate will assist clients in understanding and complying with the CDM 2015 Regulations, attending design meetings, producing pre-construction information, and liaising closely with principal contractors. You will play a proactive role in monitoring compliance and improving safety culture across design teams.

The CDM consultant

Minimum 2 years within a Construction industry role (essential)
Knowledge of H&S legislation and construction practices (essential)
Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (essential)
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (desirable)
TechIOSH or working toward (preferred)In Return?

£40,000 - £45,000 basic salary
Car Allowance
25 days annual leave + BH
Hybrid working (3 days office)
