PSR Healthcare are excited to partner with a forward-thinking, dynamic care provider in their search for a skilled Service Manager / Supported Housing Manager across Devon and Dorset. As their Mental Health Division continues to expand, our client is welcoming experienced and passionate Mental Health professionals to play a key role in shaping and delivering specialist support across:

Step Up and Step Down Services
Complex Needs Mental Health Care Homes
Community-Based Rehabilitation Services
Supported Housing for Adults with Mental Health NeedsResponsibilities:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic oversight and operational management across mental health support services. This includes housing-focused support, safeguarding responsibilities, policy development, and performance leadership to ensure consistently high-quality, customer-centred service delivery.

Provide strong leadership and effective people management across multi-disciplinary teams
Develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, and strategic plans to align with overall service goals
Deliver a high-quality housing management service, ensuring safe and secure environments for service users
Act as the lead officer for Safeguarding Adults, managing referrals and coordinating appropriate responses
Build strong, effective relationships with residents, families, partner agencies, and external stakeholders
Champion customer involvement, shaping services based on feedback and promoting co-production
Monitor and report on KPIs and benchmarking data, embedding quality assurance and continuous improvement
Ensure all services comply with Council and organisational policies and represent the service externally, promoting the organisation's vision and valuesExperience

Experience managing Step Up/Step Down services, complex MH needs, and supported housing
Proven leadership in mental health service delivery and housing management
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and people management skills
Strong understanding of housing and community services frameworksBenefits
