A well-respected secondary school is seeking a dedicated KS3 English Coordinator to join its vibrant and dynamic English department.

The Role
As Key Stage 3 English Coordinator, you will play a central role in shaping and leading the KS3 English curriculum, ensuring students develop strong foundations in reading, writing, and analytical thinking. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons while also supporting and guiding colleagues in the planning and delivery of a cohesive and inspiring KS3 programme.

The Ideal Candidate Will

* Be a qualified English Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

* Have experience teaching Key Stages 3-5 (or a strong desire to teach A-Level)

* Be dedicated to inspiring students and fostering a deep love for English literature and language

* Be passionate about creating interactive, thought-provoking, and enriching lessons

* Be willing to contribute to extracurricular activities and the broader school community

* Demonstrate leadership qualities and a desire to shape English teaching at KS3
