Mobile Electrical Engineer
£42,500 - £45,000
Berkshire & Buckinghamshire
 
A leading building services provider is looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join their established team on a prestigious contract supporting commercial office spaces across key regional locations.
 
The Role:

Perform general electrical maintenance including PPMs, reactive repairs, and fault finding
Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems and equipment
Carry out basic building services tasks such as HVAC support, lighting repairs, and emergency lighting testing
Assist with basic plumbing tasks like tap temps, flushing, and minor fabric repairs
Covering 5-6 sites across the contract
Support the smooth running of site services including door access systems and fire alarm testing
Participation in a 1-in-5 call-out rota (£100 standby, rarely called out)  
Package Includes:

Salary: £42,500 (up to £45,000 for the right person)
Company van, fuel card, PDA and phone
Paid travel time after the first 30 minutes each way (at overtime rate)
Overtime available
25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays Requirements:

Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or equivalent) 
Electrically biased with good general maintenance skills
Comfortable with basic plumbing and fabric tasks
Full UK driving licence
SC Clearance or willing and eligible to undergo vetting This is a great opportunity to join a well-run contract with excellent engineering support and long-term stability.
