Role: Digital Hardware Engineering Lead

Location: Cowes – hybrid – 4 days per week

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus

Step into a pivotal role where your expertise in digital hardware shapes the future of cutting-edge defence tech.

What you’ll do:

* Drive the development of advanced digital hardware from concept to delivery

* Lead interface integration across high-speed data, control, and calibration systems

* Translate complex signal processing into real-world performance

* Architect both bespoke and off-the-shelf digital solutions

* Influence system timing strategies for real-time precision

* Support integration, testing, and assurance of next-gen radar products

What you bring:

* Expertise in high-speed digital design

* Proficiency in data analysis tools (MATLAB/Excel)

* Degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field

* Bonus: Radar system knowledge, integration experience, and multi-disciplinary know-how
