We’re hiring on behalf of a leading motor finance provider looking for a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow dealer relationships across Aberdeenshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a relationship-led sales professional who thrives on delivering value, using data to inform decisions, and supporting clients with tailored financial solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing and developing a portfolio of motor dealers across the region

*

Building strong partnerships and identifying opportunities to grow revenue

*

Using CRM and market insights to offer tailored finance and digital solutions

*

Collaborating with internal support teams to ensure a seamless client experience

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in account management or field sales (motor finance or automotive ideal)

*

Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness

*

Data-savvy with a consultative sales approach

*

Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused
