Job Title: Psychologist (Consultant or Full-Time Psychologist)
Location: Cheadle, Stoke
Salary: Up to £62,400

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified psychologist to join our team, either as a consultant (3 days per week) or full-time (5 days per week). The ideal candidate will have experience in neuro rehabilitation and a passion for working with patients facing complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for patients with brain injuries and cognitive impairments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
Provide therapeutic interventions to address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, speech and language therapists, dieticians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nursing staff.
Supervise and mentor two psychology assistants, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure coordinated care for patients.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in neuro rehabilitation.Qualifications:

Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in neuro rehabilitation or working with brain injury patients.
Strong assessment and therapeutic skills, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is preferred.What We Offer:
