An outstanding opportunity for a Production Lead to join a large scale business in Wednesbury has arisen. The ideal candidate will bring experience in Production leadership, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to quality.

Description

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest product standards.
Coordinate with other team leaders to streamline processes and operations.
Manage a team, promoting a positive and productive workplace.
Collaborate with the engineering team to solve production-related problems.
Implement safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to them.
Provide regular reports to senior management on production metrics and goals.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends to continuously improve production processes.MONDAY - FRIDAY - 14:00 - 22:00

Profile

An experienced Production Team Leader/Supervisor, looking for progression, as well as:

Proven leadership experience within a production environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
