Field Sales Team Leader

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Full-time (Flexible working hours Monday - Sunday)

£32,000 - £35,000 basic salary

Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £60,000 in year one)

£250 a month car allowance

Business travel paid

What will you be doing?

*

Own the sales performance of your town

*

Drive your local field sales team to sales success through daily huddles, coaching and support

*

Show your field sales team what great sales and service looks like

*

Ensure any potential customer that drops out of your sales pipeline is contacted with the aim to complete their installation of our service

*

Building relationship with local installation team to ensure smooth process for our customers

*

Build relationships with local stakeholders to enable new sales opportunities

*

Mixture of working hot leads and building your own lead pipeline, through to conversion

Essential Requirements

*

A full UK driving license

*

Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications

*

An application for a DBS certificate will be submitted in the event of the individual being offered the position
