Finance Assistant

Hourly Rate: £13.84

Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week, 5 days a week or over 3 days client is flexible

Location: Workington, Office Based

Contract: 6-month maternity cover

We're currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our client on a part-time basis. This role is to support the Finance Director with day to day finance related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Accounts Payable
Inputting and processing invoices
Performing bank reconciliations
Handling staff timesheets
Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
Providing day-to-day support to the Finance Director
Using financial systems including Sage 50, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office applications

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
