SEN Class Teacher – Full-Time
Location: Hampshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Class Teacher to join our nurturing and specialist independent school in Hampshire from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of pupils with a range of special educational needs.

The successful candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have proven experience working with pupils with SEN

*

Demonstrate a deep understanding of personalised learning approaches and EHCPs

*

Create a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment that supports individual progress

*

Use a range of inclusive teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners

*

Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families to support pupils holistically

*

Be passionate about supporting each child to achieve their full potential

*

Show commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
