Job Title: Production Paint Sprayer
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday (days)
Salary: £14.00 - £16.50 per hour (DOE) plus overtime

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer of high-quality machinery, supplying innovative and reliable equipment to a global customer base. Following recent expansion, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Paint Sprayer to join their team.

About the Role

As a Production Paint Sprayer, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by delivering high-quality finishes on a range of fabricated components and machinery. You'll be working to engineers' drawings and production schedules in a fast-paced environment, with occasional one-off and pre-production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform production spraying to engineering specifications.
Set up and operate spray equipment.
Work to production deadlines with minimal supervision.
Prepare surfaces using orbital sanders and fillers as required.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Self-inspect work to ensure high quality standards.
Communicate effectively with the Team Leader regarding any issues affecting quality, safety, or machinery.Essential:

Good understanding of industrial spray-painting processes.
Ability to work to technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
