We are working with a well-established manufacturer with decades of expertise in designing and producing high-performance systems for several diverse sectors. These include marine, offshore, defence, power generation industries - to name a few!

The Role
Due to ongoing expansion, my client are seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to strengthen their production process. You'll be manufacturing, fitting, and TIG welding aluminium and stainless-steel components whilst working to engineering drawings and maintaining their exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Execute precision butt and fillet welding on marine-grade aluminium and stainless steel using TIG processes.
Fabricate and assemble components to exact specifications from technical drawings.
Conduct quality self-assessments of completed work.
Operate jigs and fixtures for consistent, efficient production.
Support new product development through welding and fabrication expertise.
Drive continuous improvements in productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Work collaboratively within the team whilst demonstrating independence when required.What We're Looking For

Extensive TIG welding experience with aluminium and stainless steel.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Commitment to health and safety protocols.
Willingness to pursue additional welding certifications and coding.
Self-motivated with excellent teamwork abilities.
Flexibility with working hours and enthusiasm for process enhancement.
MIG welding experience in aluminium and stainless steel (desirable).What’s in it for you?
