Teaching Assistant – All Through School

Location: Essex (near Stansted Airport)
Pay: £90 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Driving Licence Required
Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier if available)
Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with SEN ? Do you have your own transport and are looking for a rewarding role in a well-established, inclusive all-through school?

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and progressive school in Essex, located just a short drive from Stansted Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in SEN support who is committed to making a real difference in pupils’ lives across both primary and secondary phases.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

*

Have proven experience working with children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, or SEMH

*

Be confident supporting learning on a one-to-one and small group basis

*

Be flexible and able to adapt across different age groups (4–16)

*

Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle (due to location)

*

Be calm, patient, and passionate about inclusive education

What You’ll Be Doing:

*

Supporting pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum

*

Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored support plans

*

Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies

*

Helping to maintain a nurturing and structured classroom environment
