💼 Your Role as a Support Worker:

As a vital member of our team, you’ll help individuals thrive by:

* 🏡 Supporting daily living tasks like meal prep, personal care, and household duties.

* 🤝 Encouraging community engagement and building social connections.

* 🧠 Collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.

* 📋 Implementing and monitoring personalized support plans.

* 📚 Participating in ongoing training and development.
