Digital Content Creator
Location: Hybrid role based in Chertsey, Surrey (office and remote working)
Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum
Travel: Around 25 days annually
Full-time / Permanent

The Role:
Our client is a global leader in high-quality outdoor play products which are sold primarily direct-to-consumer. They are looking for a creative Digital Content Creator to lead the creation of compelling visuals, videos, and stories across web and social platforms—helping us stand out, connect with families, and keep play at the heart of what we do.

What You’ll Do

* Create & Curate: Produce original videos, imagery, and copy for the website and social platforms, combining in-house capabilities with the occasional support of external creatives and AI tools.

* Tell Our Story: Craft compelling narratives that inspire movement and fun. Your work will help shape the way families experience our brand online.

* Manage Social Channels: Own the day-to-day of our social media presence, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement in a voice that feels genuine, upbeat, and family-friendly.

* Influencer Relations: Build and manage partnerships with brand ambassadors and content creators, from outreach to collaborative content.

* Drive Innovation: Experiment with new formats and content ideas—short-form videos, behind-the-scenes content, customer stories—and be bold in trying new things.

Who You Are

* A creative thinker with experience in digital content creation, whether that’s video editing, graphic design, or social storytelling.

* Someone who understands how to connect with modern families, especially those with kids aged 4–14.

* Proficient with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

* Highly self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects without losing sight of the details.

* A natural collaborator who brings energy, enthusiasm, and new ideas to the table.

* Comfortable behind the camera and in front of editing software—you know how to turn raw footage into share-worthy moments.

* Some familiarity with social advertising and performance tracking.

* Experience working with influencers, UGC campaigns, or community building is a definite advantage.
