We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and supportive school in Letchworth on a full-time, fixed-term contract.

📍 About the Role:

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Letchworth

*

Contract: Fixed-term, full-time

Start Date: Immediate

*

Working with: A small class including two pupils with EHCPs

*

Hours: Monday to Friday during term time

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support for two children with additional needs, helping to create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

👤 The Ideal Candidate:

*

Has experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with EHCPs

*

Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable to individual learning needs

*

Has excellent communication and teamwork skills

*

Holds a relevant qualification or has equivalent experience (desirable)
