Cover Supervisor - Is that me?:

You don't need teaching qualifications-just the confidence to lead a classroom and create a positive, focused learning environment. You'll be helping students stay on track with lessons and keeping the classroom running smoothly while the regular teacher is away. Being a Cover Supervisor is a chance to gain valuable experience, build your skills, and be a vital part of the school community.

What You'll Do:

Deliver engaging lessons using pre-prepared materials
Inspire students to stay focused and motivated
Manage behaviour calmly and effectively
Support students with any questions or guidance they need
Act as the eyes and ears of the school by reporting any concerns

Confident individuals with a natural ability to manage and inspire groups
Organised, adaptable people who thrive in busy school environments
Friendly and approachable personalities who love working with young people
Experience in education, tutoring, youth work, or similar roles is a bonus
