Project Manager - Leadership & Talent Consulting

Location: Denmark (Remote Working)

Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? We're looking for a Project Manager to support the smooth delivery of leadership and talent solutions across global markets.

In this remote role based in Denmark, you'll play a critical part in coordinating all aspects of project execution-from timelines and resources to budgets and client communications. You'll work closely with other Project Managers, internal teams, and senior-level stakeholders to ensure world-class service delivery.

What you'll do:

Support end-to-end project management for leadership development programmes
Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for client engagements
Liaise with clients, participants, and consultants to ensure a seamless experience
Prepare reports, maintain internal systems (e.g., SAP), and support project meetings

What you'll bring:

A degree (or equivalent experience) and exposure to corporate environments
Top-notch organisation skills and attention to detail
Professional communication style and comfort working with senior stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project systems (e.g., SAP)
