EYFS Teaching Assistant - Nottingham, NG7
Location: Nottingham, NG7
Day Rate: £105-£115 per day
Contract: Long-term to permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Start Date: September 2025

About the Role

Long Term Futures are working with an Ofsted-rated "Good" academy school in Nottingham to appoint a supportive and proactive EYFS Teaching Assistant. This role focuses on creating an engaging, structured learning environment for young learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage. You'll be working closely with the class teacher to prepare lessons, support children's development, and foster an inclusive atmosphere for all pupils. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher with daily routines and lesson preparation
Provide targeted one-to-one or small group support to early years pupils.
Deliver positive and constructive feedback to pupils, staff, and parents/carers.#
Promote a safe, inclusive, and creative classroom environment.What We're Looking For

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Supporting Teaching & Learning, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience working in an EYFS or early years
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child-led learning.
