Internal Account Manager 25-30k per annum

The role of an Internal Account Manager is to achieve and exceed sales targets by creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers with a view to developing new business from existing and lapsed clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. The key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities from existing customers, closing sales and pipeline and opportunity management with accurate forecasting.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

Role Requirements:
• Full pipeline management and forecasting responsibility
• Hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Self-generation of leads from existing customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships that lead to incremental sales and maximise
customer retention
• Conducting fact find calls to understand the client needs/problems/goals
• Running online demos to clients
• Follow-up activities to support and close sales
• Maintaining processes and procedures to track activity

Required skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong influence and negotiation skills with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including
executive and C-level
• Commercial acumen with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong organisational skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Resilience
• Proven track record of successful Account Management and hitting and exceeding sales targets into
existing accounts
• Strong technical acumen to demo products and participate in technical conversations
