Description

Hybrid with travel to office based in West London

Are you an experienced leader in the apprenticeship and funding space looking for a role where you can truly make your mark?

We're supporting an established and growing private training provider that’s on an exciting journey with apprenticeship delivery – recently approved on the APAR and already running successful cohorts in key technical standards.

This senior role requires a confident, proactive individual who can lead the entire apprenticeship function — from curriculum development and quality assurance to ESFA compliance and Ofsted readiness. You’ll be given the trust and autonomy to shape and grow the programme, with support from a highly experienced leadership team.

Role Requirements:

The successful candidate will need a strong grasp of RoATP, ESFA funding, Ofsted EIF, and ideally experience leading inspections.
