Children’s Home Registered Manager – Burnley 
Salary: Up to £49,000 per year
£5,000 Welcome Bonus + £5,000 Annual Bonus

Are you a passionate and experienced leader looking for a rewarding role in children’s residential care?
Meridian Business Support is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a children’s home in Burnley, providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young people.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered in line with OFSTED regulations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, promote a child-centred approach, and drive continuous improvements to enhance the lives of the children in your care.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and management to the home.
Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and quality standards.
Lead, develop, and support a team of care professionals.
Implement and oversee care plans tailored to individual needs.
Promote a culture of safeguarding and emotional well-being.
Manage budgets, resources, and operational responsibilities effectively.
Build strong relationships with external agencies, families, and the local community.What We’re Looking For:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).
Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting.
Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the home.What’s in it for You?
