Whether you are an experienced Teacher looking to take a step back but keeping some time for the classroom, or a newly Qualified Teacher looking to progress in your career. Aspire People are looking for Flexible Supply staff in Kenilworth who are available to work in a variety of Primary Schools local to you on days suited to you. Working with myself at Aspire it will allow you to access flexible day to day supply cover, long term positions & permanent roles on a full time or part time basis. We are looking for competent, hardworking staff who love teaching and are dedicated to encouraging and inspiring our younger generation.

As your consultant I will try to accommodate your needs as well as finding my schools the best candidates for the job. For many years we have supplied to Primary Schools in Kenilworth and due to recent events, the demand for cover staff has never been so high. That is why we would like to talk to Teachers who are looking for work to enable us to keep on supporting the ongoing development of the local schools.

To become a supply teacher with aspire you will need:
 UK QTS (NQT's welcome to apply).
 Relevant Teaching experience and a thorough knowledge of EYFS,KS1/KS2 curriculum.
 Be able to mark, assess & plan lesson (not a requirement).
 Good communication skills & must be confident in working as part of a team.
 A flexible, positive approach to working.
 Be able to supply 2-year references.
 Clean DBS.

Other benefits of joining Aspire is our holiday scheme which allows you to save money each week to use during the school holidays, we also offer a £100 bonus payment for joining aspire which you will receive once you have worked 20 days with us & a £250 payment if you refer a teacher or teaching assistant to register with us, also payable once worked 20 shifts.
