Year 1 Teacher - Huyton, Liverpool

Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (1 year)
Salary: Main Pay Range 1 - 6 (£31,650 - £43,607) / Upper Pay Range 1 - 3 (£45,646 - £49,084) per annum
Location: Huyton, Liverpool

A welcoming primary school in Huyton is seeking a passionate and nurturing Year 1 Teacher to join their Key Stage 1 team for the academic year beginning September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a creative and inclusive learning environment that supports pupils' early academic and emotional development.

The successful candidate will be:

Passionate about teaching and learning in Key Stage 1

Knowledgeable in early phonics development (RWI preferred)

Calm, nurturing, and responsive to individual pupil needs

Committed to high standards and inclusive practice

An excellent team player with strong communication skills
