HLTA (High Level Teaching Assistant)

Destination Education currently have a fantastic opportunity for a HLTA in an friendly Primary School located in the heart of Redbridge. You would be joining a team of educators who place a strong emphasis on a caring and inclusive ethos that results in students achieving exceptionally well.

About you, and the role as a HLTA:

You must have a Bachelors degree or the equivalent HLTA certifications to be eligible for this role.
You may work with various age groups and subjects, requiring adaptability and the ability to follow different curricula including, art, music, and PE.
You will be able to collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure students receive a high-quality education that meets their needs.
Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to deliver engaging lessons
Be able to follow lesson plans and instruction from the classroom teacher whenever required.
