Description

As an experienced Multi Skilled Workshop Engineer, day to day you will assist in the workshop with engineering support plus helping junior members of the team, preparing and assembling new equipment, machine upgrades and refurbishments, testing new equipment, you will be required good knowledge electrical machine wiring standards, installations and mechanical assembly activities for a range of production machine on sites. Help with Installation and commissioning of new and refurbished/upgraded equipment, investigate, diagnose, and rectify Assembly issue.

Multi Skilled Workshop Engineer role you will have a strong mechanical engineering background within a production environment (ideally Food processing equipment), ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Fault finding and knowledge of PLC based systems. Excellent communication and people skills with a focused approach.

Skills, experience, and qualifications:

* Electrical / Mechanical Engineering work experience in fault finding, troubleshooting, and repairing.

* A collaborator and understand the importance of team performance.

* A keen eye for detail and are meticulous with your work.

* A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and improve.

* An electrical/mechanical engineering qualification is desirable.

* Experience of working with Food processing equipment is desirable
