Description

Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels.
Manage and maintain digital platforms to enhance the customer experience.
Process orders, resolve queries, and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate product information and support.
Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Contribute to the development and implementation of digital strategies.
Ensure all customer interactions align with company policies and standards.
Assist in creating reports and presentations as needed.Profile

A successful Customer & Digital Specialist (Spanish speaking) should have:

Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in managing digital tools and platforms.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
