Description

As the Credit Controller, your role responsibilities will include:

Manage and oversee the debt recovery process for outstanding accounts.
Communicate with customers to resolve overdue payments in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of all debt recovery activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve payment disputes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Provide regular reports and updates on recovery progress to management.
Offer guidance and support to colleagues on debt-related matters when required.

A successful Credit Controller professional should have:
