About the consultancy and vacancy?

Known as one of the UK’s leading, independently owned Building Services and sustainability specific consultancy, this company are going through a phase of growth and looking to complement their sustainability division with a Bristol city centre based Building Physics Engineer to work closely alongside the Building Services team. Ideally we will find a more Senior Engineer but would also consider individuals at intermediate level who feel they can make the step up.

They work in all sectors, have a reputation for their BIM operations/Sustainability operations and will be able to offer progression in this role as well as a hands-on development approach. Ideally we’re looking for individuals with good Building Physics skills with an understanding of sustainability aspects such as TM52, TM54, TM59, Nabers and such. They use IES, so experience with this or a similar software would be highly advantageous.

Proven Building Physics Engineering experience in a similar environment
A good understand of IES thermal modelling software or similar
Coordination experience
A building services, mechanical or electrical background would be advantageous but not essential
The desire to progress as an individual within the sustainability environment.
