Located in an attractive suburb close to excellent transport links into London, they provide City level expertise combined with first class client care. With a strong connection to their community, they have built a strong network, embracing developments in technology and the law in order to meet the needs of clients

The role: Our client, a bespoke firm close to Richmond, is seeking to employ a solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in private client matters. The successful applicant will utilise their knowledge and expertise, handling a wide caseload of private client matters, whilst proving to be an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities to include:

Handling a wide caseload of private client matters
Simple and complex Wills
Probate
Lasting powers of attorney
Estate administration
Liaising with clients and external parties
Building and maintaining client relationshipsThe Candidate

1-4 years PQE within the area of Private Client
Works well under pressure
Excellent client care skills
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
Able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload (ideally including high net worth clients), with efficiency and care.
